Dear Fabiana, this is to say thank you for the wonderful capacity-building course this year. For me, it has been like a ‘wake-up call’. It made me realize I was ‘wrong’ – Wrong because I focused too much on work and less on my dear ones – my family. I knew it already and was feeling bad about it. Under your coach, I learned about prioritizing things both at work and in my personal life. I learned to say ‘no’ to people in order not to be overstressed. Finally, I stopped trying to be ‘perfect'. I wish to highlight that after completing the ADVANCE sessions, I felt ready to step out of my comfort zone and to grow further professionally! I am now caring more about myself, taking rest when I need to and living life better. Thanks again. I am so grateful to have been able to take part in this amazing program assisting in my development. Truly an enriching experience together with other fellow participants. The facilitator, Ms Fabiana is a great motivator, caring and understanding person who facilitate the program in interesting way . I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for the learning opportunities. This program also allows you to be engaged with a Coach who will guide on your vision.

I appreciated the short visual explanatory presentation of the training in the welcome module. The module 0 is designed as a self-reflection. It needs some time to complete, but is a good introduction tool to the course. Even more excited to start!

Through this course I have realised how a change in mindset for the right purpose is so important. As a result I feel empowered to work on myself, my career and my job!

Dear Fabiana, I just wanted to thank you for the Advance programme course that you gave us. It was very interactive and interesting and I have learnt a lot. I also want to thank the other women that took the course with me: I feel we became like a new family, where we felt safe to share our hearts and be ourselves naturally, and without any fear, because of our similarities.
